Frequently asked

  • Can I switch plans later?

    Yes. Change plans at any time from your org's subscription page. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

  • What happens at the end of my billing period if I cancel?

    You keep full access until the period ends, then drop to the free / default plan automatically. Your data stays put, and only the plan limits change.

  • Do plan limits hard-stop my team or just warn?

    Plan limits hard-gate the relevant mutation: e.g. once you hit your members cap, new invites fail with a clear "upgrade" message. We never lose your data when you exceed a limit.

  • Is there a free trial of paid plans?

    The default plan is genuinely free for as long as you want. We'd rather you try the product fully than press a 14-day timer.
